June 2009 Update: Statesman is Attractive

June is a beautiful time at the Statesman. The lawn of our interior courtyard is emerald green, the iris garden is in bloom and so is the rhododendron garden.

The few Statesman condominum units that have come on the market recently are selling well. As of today, there is just one unit for sale, one expected to close soon, and one possible rental in late summer.

The Statesman is about 80 percent owner-occupied and there are many friendly neighbors. It is an oasis of calm in the bustling college town of Pullman, Washington.

First Snow of Winter

Snowy scenes continue at the Statesman in Pullman, Palouse Region, Eastern Washington, into the New Year. A brilliant blue sky set off the white of the snow. A squirrel chatted in one of our maples trees.
